Here are a list of the few things that every beginner should have:
Optional Items That One May Need:
- Nail polish... of course (your first few bottles of nail polish should be affordable just in case you end up not liking the color after you've bought it, preferably in your favorite shade or color, and always use a base and top coat)
- Clear nail polish (I use this as a substitution for a base a top coat)
- Nail polish remover (although acetone nail polish has more fumes, it takes off glitter nail polish really well)
- Nail file (use this to shape up your nails in case they break, or give your nails a dramatic shape such as stiletto nails)
- Cotton balls or cotton pads (to remove your nail polish)
- Finger nail clippers (for obvious reasons)
- Simple clear nail polish with silver/gold glitter (to spice up a regular manicure or pedicure
Optional Items That One May Need:
- Dotting Tools (in multiple sizes) (can be bought for cheap on Ebay or Amazon, or you can make your own using a regular bobby pin)
- Nail stripers (used to make designs)
- Konad Scraper and Stamper kits/plates (makes easy designs and prints perfectly) (can also be found on Ebay and Amazon)
